The Gratitude Journal is an easy-to-reach space for positive reflection. It is designed to help slow down stress, interrupt negative spirals, and make room for the small things that are still worth noticing.
Every prompt you see on this site was chosen to gently shift attention from what is missing toward what is already present. The 90 prompts in this collection are pulled from The Complete Gratitude Workbook.
Gratitude practice will not solve everything, but it can create a moment of steadier breathing and clearer perspective. That small pause matters, especially on hard days.
You do not need to submit anything to benefit from this site. If you do share a reflection, only include what feels safe to make public. Avoid names, addresses, medical details, or anything you would not want reviewed or published.
Community submissions are reviewed before they are shared, and may be lightly edited for clarity.
If you are struggling right now, please reach out to someone you trust and change your environment if you can. Get some air. Walk. Call or message someone. Small acts of connection can help break isolation.
